Passwords Required

All members of SPWMI will be required to protect their work computer and work cell phone with a password. The password will not to be written down or shared with anyone.

Disclosure of any non-public personal information will not be provided about current or former clients except (1) as required by law, (2) if authorized by the client, or (3) permitted by law for business purposes, such as opening an account, processing a transaction, or maintaining the account.

Parties with Access to Non-Public Personal Information

Access to a client’s non-public personal information will be restricted to members of the firm and its service providers.

Breach of Privacy

Should a breach of privacy transpire whereby a current or former client’s non-public personal information has been shared with a third party, the individual(s) will be contacted promptly by either the Chief Compliance Officer or the Ultimate Designated Person.
